Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
This live webinar is intended for family members and caregivers who would like to enhance their skills in managing crisis situations, and learn about de-escalation techniques. Participants will be provided with an overview of the verbal and non-verbal communication concepts and strategies taught in the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® (NVCI-CPI) training program that can help in the support and care of family members, or people they support, with Autism Spectrum Disorder, both at home and in the community. Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Register This webinar is led by NVCI-trained facilitators. Participants will have the opportunity to join in discussions and ask questions. There is no cost to participate. Participants will not be certified. Registration is online only and is based on first come first serve. Please register for one NCVI webinar only. Registrants will be emailed the virtual link prior to the day of the webinar. Computer access is required.
