Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
Paving the pathway for your individual’s future. Discuss practical considerations in the shift of caregiver responsibilities’ during the later stages of life. Be confident in knowing your child is set up for success. Share plans regarding financial advice and housing options with fellow caregivers. The Caregiver e-Connect is facilitated by Autism Consultants over Zoom. Thursday, July 22, 2021 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Register Caregiver eConnect will be delivered live via Zoom and the following is required to participate: • Mobile Device, Tablet or Computer • An internet connection • Speakers and a microphone • A webcam Ratio: maximum 25 participants and 2 staff Cost: there is no cost to participate Registering on My Community Hub does not guarantee a spot in this group. Families are required to complete an intake with Kerry’s Place in order to participate. A staff member will contact you to complete the intake. As this program is run over Zoom, a telehealth consent form must be completed prior to being given the login information
