Our Funding Options workshop focuses on an overview of Autism-related funding available in the province of Ontario. Learn more about funding that may be available to you, your child and/or family. Topics covered include government funding, tax credits and benefits, relevant charities and things to think about in preparing to apply. Wednesday, July 28th, 2021 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Register Ratio: 2 staff to 30 participants Cost: There is no cost to participate *All program sessions will be conducted virtually via zoom, a secure and encrypted videoconferencing platform. The following access will be required to participate: • Tablet or Computer • An internet connection • Speakers and a microphone • A webcam Please Note: Registration does not guarantee a space in this webinar. To be eligible, completion of a Kerry’s Place Autism Services intake meeting and consent forms will be required. King City - Adapted Gymnastics (Pulsars Gymnastics Partnership) - York
Adapted Gymnastics is a class for just adaptive athletes who have a broad spectrum of disabilities and severities. They will be partnered with a 2:1 coach.
Kerry's Place (FFS) - Autism: Beyond the Diagnosis - Online
This 2½-hour workshop teaches parents and caregivers strategies and tools to help their children and youth understand their diagnosis, using a strengths-based approach.
