Who should attend? Children|Youth
Session topic: Making Time for Me! (Ages 11 – 15) Description: It’s important to be a supportive and helpful sibling… but this session is all about you! What do you do to feel good about yourself? Is there an activity that’s just for you? Share with other siblings the special things about you, the ways you deal with stress, and how you make time for fun. Afternoon Session: Wednesday, November 25, 2020 from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm (register here) Evening Session: Wednesday, December 2, 2020 from 6 pm - 7 pm (Register here)
Research has shown that caregivers of children with autism experience challenges that can lead to stress and isolation. Finding the time to care for your own physical and mental well being, meet others, and speak about your experiences can be challenging. Facilitated by our social worker, our caregiver support group aims to empower caregivers of children with autism by creating a safe space where you can share your experiences, as well as gain understanding and support from other caregivers with similar experiences.

CTN - Focus on Families - Online
Join the Community and Family Coordinators (CFC) as they explore topics related to the caregiver and family experience! Each information session will be followed by an informal coffee chat.
