Kerry's Place - (FFS) Caregiver e-Connect: a Caregiver Support Group - Online

There is no cost to participate. Foundational Family Services are available to persons under the age of 18, and their families, registered with the Ontario Autism Program.

The Caregiver e-Connect is an online group for parents and caregivers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This group provides caregivers with a safe space to network with other caregivers who truly understand the challenges they are facing, problem solve and brainstorm new ideas or strategies and share resources that may be beneficial to one another.

The Caregiver e-Connect will be facilitated by team members from Kerry’s Place Autism Services over Zoom, and there are a variety of session times and dates available with both evening and daytime offerings. Caregivers caring for individuals with ASD are welcome to join. Caregivers may choose to register for one or multiple sessions and must be a caregiver of a child with ASD.

Registering on My Community Hub does not guarantee a spot in this group. Families are required to complete an intake with Kerry’s Place in order to participate.A staff member will contact you to complete the intake.

As this program is run over Zoom, a telehealth consent form must be completed prior to being given the login information.

Registrants will be contacted by a member of our team to ensure an intake is completed and the Zoom link will be provided afterwards.

Internet connection and access to either a computer, tablet, phone, or related device is required to participate in this group.
