Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
Which way do I go? Where do I start my journey? How can I help my teen get ready for adulthood? This Foundational Family Service (FFS) is geared towards parents and caregivers of teenagers aged 13-17, registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), interested in becoming familiar with transition planning to adulthood. Tuesday December 15, 2020 5:30pm-8:30pm Register Discussion topics include: building independent-living skills, planning for future pathways, and navigating adult services in Ontario. Participants will be introduced to identifying individual goals to assist in developing transitions plans. Participants will leave with practical tools and resources. This webinar is led by an Autism Consultant or a Behaviour Therapist.
