Practicing mindfulness can help kids learn to focus, manage stress and anxiety, regulate emotions, and develop a positive outlook. In this class, learners will be using the THRIVE model by incorporating mindful games, breathing techniques and guided meditation. These methods will help learners become more aware of their thoughts and feelings in their everyday lives. Come out and join us because mindfulness matters!
