SUMMER CONVERSATION CLUBS SOCIAL PRAGMATICS GROUPS

Conversation-based groups with a focus on initiating and maintaining conversations, participating in group discussions, and connecting with peers. These groups are appropriate for children and adolescents who could benefit from social skills support with their daily interactions.

Group programming is based on the well-established Social Thinking® Curriculum and is led by a registered Speech-Language Pathologist. Sessions will include role-playing, use of videos, and hands-on activities to practice conversational-based social skills.

Dates and Times:

Session #1: Wednesdays from July 3 rd – August 21st, 2019 (Entering Gr. 9-12) 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Session #2: Thursdays from July 4th – August 22nd, 2019 (Entering Gr. 5 & 6) 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Session #3: Thursdays from July 4 th – August 22nd, 2019 (Entering Gr. 7 & 8) 6:30 – 7:30 pm
