Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
3 EASY STEPS... 1) SHOP at either of the 2 Samko & Miko locations listed between November 14 to November 27, 2016: 77 Fima Crescent, Toronto ON M8W 3R1 or 60 East Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill ON L4B 1L3 2) STAMP - Inform the cashier that you are part a fundraiser by providing the cashier with our group name: Children's Treatment Network. They will then stamp the back of your original itemized receipt. 3) SUBMIT - Submit your ORIGINAL itemized stamped receipt to: S. Morgan Children's Treatment Network - Family Fund 13175 Yonge Street Richmond Hill ON L4E 0G6 OR Drop off your ORIGINAL receipt at a CTN Local Site in an enveloped marked Children's Treatment Network Family Fund - Samko & Miko Fundraiser by January 5, 2017. **Keep an photocopy or scan of your receipt. Samko & Miko will accept a photocopy or scan of your receipt in the event that an item is defective and needs to be replaced.**
Shop at either the Toronto or Richmond Hill locations of Samko & Miko Toy Warehouse from November 14 - 27, 2016 and Samko & Miko will donate 10% of your purchase to the Children's Treatment Network Family Fund! Feel free to share with your friends & family.
