Who should attend?    Parents and Caregivers

This course addresses common sleep problems experienced by school-aged children, including:

  • Falling asleep
  • Remaining asleep
  • Being able to sleep alone
  • Managing nightmares
Dates and Time: Saturday, February 10th and Saturday, March 3rd from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm

Cost: Early bird registration $250 before January 31st per family; $295 after this date*.
