This course addresses common sleep problems experienced by school-aged children, including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an evidence based, noninvasive, medication-free approach to treating sleep problems. Participants will learn effective age-appropriate strategies to help their child sleep well. Presented by: Judith Mendoza, Registered Occupational Therapist
