Who should attend?    Parents and Caregivers


The monthly meetings are 60 to 90 minutes in length Case Managers can assist families with:

  • Application forms for ODSP, SSAH, Mobility transit
  • Navigating and understanding the developmental services system
  • Locating and accessing appropriate resources
  • Information and resources for transition to adult services
