Here is a sample of the afternoon: 12:30-1:00 warm up games 1:00-1:30 skill (kickboxing, fitness, dance, etc) 1:30-2:00 craft 2:00-2:30 group activity ( obstacle course / parachute games/ sports activities) 2:30-3:00 wrap up circle (circle games / breathing exercises/ yoga) Open to ages 6-12yrs diagnosed with ASD Please bring a reusable water bottle and nut free snack. King City - Adapted Gymnastics (Pulsars Gymnastics Partnership) - York
Adapted Gymnastics is a class for just adaptive athletes who have a broad spectrum of disabilities and severities. They will be partnered with a 2:1 coach.
Kerry's Place (FFS) - Autism: Beyond the Diagnosis - Online
This 2½-hour workshop teaches parents and caregivers strategies and tools to help their children and youth understand their diagnosis, using a strengths-based approach.
