YSSN has partnered with Children's Treatment Network (CTN) to offer families information on transitioning youth with developmental disabilities to the adult system. This session will help you understand the services that are available and how to access funding and supports. Discussion topics will include Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Developmental Services Ontario (DSO), Passport program and respite services. After the presentation families will be offered a private appointment to complete referrals.
