Here is a sample of the afternoon: 12:30-1:00 warm up games 1:00-1:30 skill (kickboxing, fitness, dance, etc) 1:30-2:00 craft 2:00-2:30 group activity ( obstacle course / parachute games/ sports activities) 2:30-3:00 wrap up circle (circle games / breathing exercises/ yoga) Please bring a reusable water bottle and nut free snack.
