In November we are happy to include this in our 'Twoonie Tuesday' lineup! All members of the family are welcome to join yoga therapist, Ashleigh Jeffery-Price, and practice some yoga techniques and mindfulness breathing exercises. Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
