Special Activities Include: Try-A-Bike / Adapted Bike Demos • Bikes & trikes courtesy of Motion Specialities and Trivel • Located in parking lot area Water Play Area • Frog pond with water-squirting frogs, spraying cattails, turtles, tadpoles and lily pads • Washroom and changing facilities at Centennial Pool Playground Area • One of the largest playground structures in Ontario, which can be accessed, without steps • Gently sloping ramps with railings, rubberized play surface, accessible swing seats, elevated sandbox • Numerous slides, including a double-width slide that can accommodate a child and caregiver Corner of Crosby Ave. & Newkirk Rd., Richmond Hill with Parking located off of Newkirk Rd. Adapted Gymnastics is a class for just adaptive athletes who have a broad spectrum of disabilities and severities. They will be partnered with a 2:1 coach.

This 2½-hour workshop teaches parents and caregivers strategies and tools to help their children and youth understand their diagnosis, using a strengths-based approach.
