About event:

Who should attend?    Parents and Caregivers

FEE

  • $25 per individual tax return
  • Every individual that file a tax return will get a ballet to enter into a draw for 2 prizes of $100 gift cards
  • All fees will be used towards upcoming Community Living York South or DD Community Connector initiatives and events

WHAT TO BRING?

  • All tax slips for receipts of income
  • All receipts for expenses
  • All receipts for medical and disability support expenses
  • Certification(s) from medical practitioner(s) where applicable
  • 2015 tax return
  • Max. of 3 individuals per family including person with disabilities
  • Limited to regular filers (no businesses, small businesses, self-employed individuals or corporations)
  • Max. 8 documents captioned documents per filer
